We offer an easy self-check in process; no human interaction. The Penthouse, private garage, and rooftop is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

-This penthouse offers two parking spots. One covered and one uncovered
-Please note that during check-in, the Security guard will request identification from the person named in the reservation.
-Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings.
-A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable.
-We allow well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $50 per pet per stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.
