It was a great stay, my only negative feedback would be that the day I was checking out the hotel, there was a large gentleman pulling on the doors to see if they were unlocked and it was the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced. It was just my daughter and I there and we were literally leaving the room to check out as he pulled my door to see if it was unlocked and when I finally built the courage to see after I felt he has walked off - I saw him as he was still pulling other doors to see if they were unlocked. I told the front desk and they said they didn’t see anyone that I described.

I love everything about this hotel! My only complaint which is minor in comparison to everything is that the rooms don't have mini fridges or microwave. Other than that, this is my favorite hotel and is my go to!

Everything was great Except the A/C when it was 100 degrees outside and about 80 inside. Halls were hot, was sweating in the room and finally had a fan delivered at 10pm. Spoke to several other guests who were having the same issues and some of them had to change rooms.

Lack of thought with the room design
The bath sink is tiny, like an airplane or train bathroom. It was virtually impossible to use it without splashing water everywhere. Very loud a/c unit on the window that ran continuously.

Best stay at a hotels in 10 years
Awesome stay! Ayinde, Charles and staff were excellent ambassadors to Hilton and NYLO. I can actually say that this was the best customer service I have had in 10 years at a hotel. Hotels.com did not have my payment sent to Hilton and the staff rectified this issue. They actually were the key part of the problem solving, Hotels.com customer service did not help at all… they just said to “check back with the front desk to see if it was solved and paid” several times on the phone. The front desk staff was very communicative and let me know that it was resolved. We frequently use this hotel and will continue. It has great proximity to restaurants and its amenities are top notch.
