The stay that didn’t happen.
I was booked for January 11-12. I received my email through Vrbo and contacted the owner through Vrbo messaging on Tuesday 01.07.25 with questions on check in. No response. I waited a couple more day and messaged again Friday afternoon again about check in procedure. After receiving no response I reached out to number listed and then was sent a message on VRBO stating that due to the winter weather there had been a pipe burst and owner was unable to get anyone in time. They would be sending refund and should take 5 days or so. I understand owner cannot control weather but the owner left me with less than 24 hours to find somewhere new to stay and could’ve notified me earlier in the day. I also have not received my refund. I wish I had a better experience with this host and property.

Women’s Final 4 Getaway
Property is as described. Great location and super responsive host. If you are going to an event at the American Airlines Center, this is the perfect location. Pool is great as well. Next time in Dallas we would definitely stay here again.

Location is great
If you're headed to an event at the AAC this is the place. Park it and forget it. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Have coffee, take shampoo...they had hangars and towels. Only 1 key which was a little inconvenient and there is an air mattress in the secondary bedroom. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Condo with wonderful views of downtown! Bring towels
Condo was wonderful and overall we had a very nice stay. Parking was very convenient. The check in with the onsite manager was quick and easy. We laid at the pool all day saturday and it was great! Two things though that folks should know when booking. Bring towels and shampoo, condo only had 4 towels. Also, the second bedroom mattress is an inflatable mattress. My cousins said it wasn't bad to sleep on, just thought folks might want to know. Overall though, very nice place to stay!

The apartment is beautiful & spacious! King bed in master & Queen in other bedroom. Great living space. Very comfortable! A few things I would suggest to management is add a few more towels. We had 4 people & had to keep drying them to reuse. Also there wasn’t any extra toilet paper only a roll of paper towels. The other thing was we only had one key to the room so that was difficult. Overall a great property we would use again!

The property was conveniently located to AA center and parking was good so that was fine. The apartment was not very clean at all. The linens were substandard and there were next to no towels or toilet paper - basic items. It looked like it had been cleaned out and nothing replaced that guests would normally use. The apartment has a lot of road noise that you could hear all night. There were no extra blankets or anything to keep warm if it got cold. The shower had no soap in it. We were not prepared for the lack of basic linens and supplies that we assumed would be there. The bedding looked worn and just outdated as well. The pictures of the bedroom furniture are not accurate either. There was a smell in the property that was unpleasant as well and upon check in the attendant told us that there had been a Bachelorette party previously and to not say anything about it being a rental to anyone on the property. That made us uneasy from the beginning as if we were unwanted in the building. Overall very disappointed for the cost of the property.

Great Building and location
