I do not appreciate the front desk clerk going into my account with our my permission he tried to charge my card like 6 different time after I pay cash at the front desk like cash app is lieing they luck I don't see not just hotel .com for referenceing me to the property and them for their nuff said I'm not happy and I will not be coming back ✌️👎👎👎
I have never stayed somewhere so uncomfortable and past the bare minimum of cleanliness. There were bugs coming from the bathroom and roaches in the refrigerator. When I went to let the front know my current experience, he simply said “he’ll spray.” I let him the sheets were filthy and he basically said to wait until the manager arrived in the morning. Eventually, he gave some sheets and told us to make up the bed ourselves , due to no housekeeping. I’m not even upset at the area, it’s the lack of willingness to accommodate the guest.
