Served it’s purpose
I needed a room due to an emergency at the airport and my family booked this room for me online. It was a place to sleep with a bathroom but the overall quality was okay. I would not stay there again.

Really not okay
I usually stay at the Super 8 in Grapevine, but knew that I would misconnect so wanted to be able to walk to a restaurant and a gas station. I'd stayed at the RRI in Irving, and wasn't impressed. But this time I booked a 'suite,' and it was awful. Truly awful. Thank god I needed to spend only 5 hours sleeping. I will not go back. The Super 8 is perfectly fine, and the people working there actually care about customer satisfaction.

I was assigned a smoking room without my consent. Had to keep the door open for any fresh air. Blood smudge on bath room door and another Blood smudge near hangers. I wondered if something happened in this room.
