Room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful! Outside street noise was bad. We were on the 11th floor facing the road. Somewhat typical for large city downtown hotels. Location was convenient for downtown activities. The valet parking staff was great!

Location is great, close to everything, walking distance as well. Sheets and towels had stains, requested new, the new sheets were clearly laundered but still had multiple stains.

The property is close to Love field airport. It is close to all the tourist attractions in downtown Dallas. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice and friendly.

Nice room with desireable amenities. Didnt like the street. The were an uncomfortable number of homeless people. It was diry from nearby construction and busy. I did self park which i wouldnt do again.

There were no sheets for the sofa bed but Guest Services was prompt to bring some up. Then the air conditioning stopped working in my room. After waiting a few hours on Maintenence, Guest Services moved me to another room. Other than that, the rooms where clean and met my purposes.
