Sandman is a very comfortable hotel to stay at that's clean, has kitchen, personable front desk. Special shout-out to the gentleman who runs the shuttle service, very kind and helpful!!

This was a nice hotel. There was a small fire in one of the guest rooms and the staff never said anything to the guest I had to speak with the fireman to find out what was going on or when I could return to my room. I stayed here because I had surgery and I need a safe clean place close to my two daughter since I live out of the state and it just would have been nice to have been told something.

I would definitely stay here again. It was super convenient and the staff were nice. However, some of the rooms have some broken features, like mirrors and curtains, that need to be fixed. Also, please ensure that the staff is fully trained before leaving them on their own. The last hospitality member we spoke to nearly royally messed up our billing. It wasn’t her fault, she just didn’t know better.

Last time I was here it was wonderful, this time they dropped the ball hard. We came to play in the pool and enjoy the hot tube, but both were out of order. The power went out, and the front desk was not very accommodating at all, unlike last time. Needless to say it’s a hit and miss hotel, but I will not be returning.
