No internet or information!
There was an issue with getting into our rooms which was OK but then we noticed that people who came in after us were getting their rooms before we did. Two of us asked about the rooms and finally one of our party went to the desk and confronted them about the room and one appeared. I was never able to use the internet. My only choice was MarriottBonvoy but it wasn’t a secure network and wasn’t the guest one. There was no phone in the room. OK I get it, but there was no information about the hotel or phone numbers. Very frustrating. I couldn’t search for restaurants or look at emails. Again frustrating. I had a problem with the blow dryer and requested a new one. I was told one would be brought to my room. It never came. I was able to figure out why the previous one stopped working and fixed the problem. I was not overly impressed.
