Good for the night
We didn’t plan on staying in Dallas, but flight delays left me scrambling. Cost and shuttle service were a priority for me. The beds were comfortable and the indoor pool were a plus. Nothing within walking distance to eat. Overall, I was pleased with our stay and would stay again. No continental breakfast.

The area, although very close to the airport lacks most traveler conveniences for those without a car. There is an on site bar/restaurant which we did visit. Food choices were somewhat limited, but the staff was very friendly. If all you need is a place to sleep for the night it is a pretty decent choice...

Shuttle Assistance Sucks!
Such a mess. Called to ask how to get shuttle to hotel. No one could help us find the pick up location. We called probably 15 times asking for help. It was horrible. We finally got an Uber to get to hotel. When we arrived the lady didn't even apologize or care. We spent over 45 minutes trying to get the shuttle. It was miserable.
