It would have been good to have drinking glasses, and ensure the coffee machine is working. Thus, the staff are friendly and professional in their roles. I like the diversity and the hotel is so clean.

I asked for an extra blanket and the guy at the service was very rude and asked why I needed the extra blanket when I got a room for two. I am anemic and needed the extra blanket. A light in the restroom sink didn’t work Outside smelled like marijuana

Hotel was great, but lackluster customer service. They lacked basic hospitality skills such as explaining hot to get to your room after check-in or smiling. Breakfast was an atrocity. Wet eggs, even the waffles were bad. Bacon tasted...odd. We ended ordering breakfast from a nearby restaurant. If you're a cereal, yogurt, or fruit only person then you should be good. Room was clean and no weird smells. I would stay again for the price but having to order breakfast negates those savings.

Good for the price

The area of town is little Korea. It's close to highway access and restaurants around the area. The employees are friendly. Breakfast had a waffle maker, scrambled eggs and sausage along with the breads and yogurt. I booked last minute and needed a clean place to sleep for the night. Free parking and free breakfast.

Hotel staff is under trained and the general manager has a nasty attitude problem and won’t take responsibility for her mistakes. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

This is not located in the best area. Signs all over parking lot about they are not responsible for items left in car and no firearms allowed on property. Room looks like it was rushed to be cleaned chair in room had several stains. Wasn't mopped or vacuumed. Mattress that I sleep on had a weird bump almost in the middle which made it uncomfortable. Breakfast was fair, check out was much easier than checking in. Choose this hotel due the its ratings but not sure how it got them. Wasn't terrible but I will stay somewhere eles next time.
