I was a little disappointed upon arriving at the hotel. The first thing i noticed was a car sitting at the entrance of the hotel that looked like it hadn't been moved in days. Upon entering the lobby, there was an overwhelming unpleasant odor. The lighting was dim and i arrived during daylight hours. The room itself was also pretty dark. The furniture in the room had noticeable stains. There wasn't as stromg an odor in the room but something was still a bit off. The only upside id give them was tue guy working the fromt desk was amazing amd very helpful. I cant remember his name but i believe it may have been Alex but dont quote me. He was very helpful. I ended up booking a separate hotel and chose not to stay at this location. I just wasn't comfortable staying there ajd thays the whole point when traveling and booking hotels. Your comfort is top priority.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The sheets were not clean, and I woke up in the middle of the night itching all over, which has not gone away even after leaving. While I appreciate that my money was refunded, the overall condition of the hotel is unacceptable—it looks old and in desperate need of a rebuild or major renovations. On a positive note, the staff were very nice, but the hotel itself is in dire need of investment to improve cleanliness and guest comfort. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again until major changes are made.

While I’m aware there was a “snow storm” that really shut the city down for nothing. 1. No coffee. I worked down stairs in the business area. Asked for coffee and was told the lady who makes the coffee is gone so the front seat couldn’t make coffee. The bar area is 40 ft from the front desk. 2. The printer was broken. The front desk person told me I can’t send what I needed send to his email address and he can print it. Not comfortable with that. 2 key points that were missed. Specially with people who are in the area working.
