The room we received at this booking was very dirty. It was a “suite” with a kitchenette. The floors were very dirty and the table tops had debris and sticky residue on them. The road noise was unbearable. Even trying to get past the dirty room we could not sleep. This property is right next to the freeway and the floor to ceiling windows even when closed and curtains closed let in all the noise.

Good Breakfast, But Poor Front Desk and Housekeeping Service I stayed at Staybridge Suites with my one-year-old baby. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not welcoming or helpful during my stay. The housekeeping service was also disappointing, except for Ms. Verjinia, who was very kind and did her job well. The breakfast was good, but I was disappointed that they didn’t allow take-out. Since I was traveling with a baby, it was difficult for me to eat comfortably in the breakfast area. Because of that, I couldn’t really enjoy my breakfast time. Overall, the hotel needs improvement in customer service and housekeeping.
