It’s clean and the service at front desk was friendly. The restaurant staff was helpful during breakfast and accommodation were done asap. In the evening for a nightcap the staff was happy and made our beverages customized and checked on us regularly. Spacious, kitchen had foods. It’s been modernized and smelled good. Nice! Will stay again.

Almost had 5 stars
The hotel was clean and the service was top notch. Check in was easy. Breakfast was ok, the French toast were hard as a rock, the omelette has liquid cheese, once they removed those omelette the scrambled eggs were fabulous. All the service personnel were good except the Hispanic lady that was handling food with her bare hands, she must remember that she is handling food the public.

No interner in room; "airport" shuttle is from LOVE FIELD airport, not DFW. I had to pay $60. for a cab from DFW-the free airport shuttle is from Love Field, but their website DOES NOT mention this. The restaurant does not accept cash payment for meals only credit.

From the beginning to end of our 3 night stay. Staff was friendly and accomdating to all needs. Breakfast selection was excellent. All staff working in the dining area provided excellent service. Clean hotel throughout. The owner of hotel was very friendly. Pool well kept. All workers very friendly. Had nice conversations with guest as well as staff. Will be coming back to that hotel if we need to stay in that area again.
