Everything was great EXCEPT the time it took to get picked up at the airport by the shuttle. I called to tell the girl at the front desk that we had our luggage and were walking out to get picked up. She told me to call back when we were standing under the green signs. I called again when we were at the green signs and she said, “ok, I’ll send it.” Why couldn’t she send it when I told her we had our bags and were walking out? Instead, we had to wait 28 minutes standing under the sign. I had called earlier that day to tell them what time our flight came in and that we would need a shuttle pickup. One reason I chose Staybridge was because it offered this service. The shuttle driver was great but the counter person could have been more prosctive. Once a person is walking out of the terminal, they should be able to request pickup.

Great place for family

Everything was clean and it was all that we needed. Front service was amazing I went before check in and they said room wasn’t ready but they ended up upgrading my room for no additional cost. Only thing that was not great was that one of the 2 tVs was not connecting to any channels. It wasn’t a big deal considering it met all the rest of our needs! Would definitely stay again!

My room was quite, clean and comfortable. Checkin was fast. I checked in at 11pm and was disappointed the bar, restaurant had already closed. TV did not work; I called the front desk who said they would send someone, but he never showed up likely due to the late hour.

would stay here again.

Let me start this by saying I will stay here again. Its very close to my corporate headquarters, and it has a restaurant inside which is very convenient. Employees were all nice, the other patrons were nice, bed was decent, bathroom all of that were fine. My only minor complaint would be the wallpaper was peeling in the room and there was a rusty looking spot on the wall close to the ceiling above the AC. It was nasty looking and I felt a little concerned about mold...again it was a minor thing and I will stay here again but fix that wallpaper and clean the rust off the wall.

Excellent customer service

Service at this hotel is top-notch. From being greeted warmly at check in, to taking my airport shuttle reservations, to accommodating a (very late) check in, I am so impressed with the staff here. Being able to park at the hotel for the duration of my out-of-town trip was a lifesaver. I was a little disappointed that parking was free for the days I stayed at the hotel - a total of 2 nights - but was not aware of the fee associated with leaving my vehicle there, since it was not advertised. However, the $40 for 3 days was a bargain compared to airport parking, so it worked out well. Even being located right off the highway, my car was untouched and unbothered the entire time. I reserved a king suite with a kitchenette, and, even though I didn’t utilize the sitting room or kitchen portions, they were both nice options that made the room feel more homey. Lots of outlets, ample blankets and towels, clean surfaces. First room had a weird setup for the heat/AC but I figured it out after asking the front desk and plugging the unit back in. Staybridge made my vacation truly rejuvenating at the beginning and end. Definitely will be back!

This property does not provide shuttle service to DFW! The property and rooms were in good condition and it was a very pleasant stay. The free breakfast was really good and the waitstaff were so friendly and helpful. But I wouldn’t have stayed in this property because it was too far from DFW. I called prior to booking to ask about the airport shuttle and was never told that there are two airports in Dallas and the hotel only services the other airport with shuttle service. Needless to say I spent over $75 for Ubers and was over 20 mins from the airport. I was very upset because I could’ve picked a closer hotel.
