Older building but well maintained and cared for. Everyone was very nice, and they did check in via text. Also nice to have the option for room service or dining in site. The valet was backed up most of the time, so a little challenging but nothing you couldn’t deal with.

Overall the hotel and service were great. Most places including museums and restaurants were in a walkable distance but like most cities you have to always be cognizant of who and what’s around you.

The property itself was great! The problem was the cleaning services. Not once was anything taken out of the room. From empty cans used from their stocked mini bar. We had left the empty items used nicely on the counter and they were never taken out for the entire trip. Toilet paper was never replaced. Old towels left on the floor. If they did take a towel it wasn’t replaced. The only thing they did was make the bed and remove anything that had made it into the tiny 4inch trash can.
