The property grounds were very clean and well taken care of, check in and out was extremely fast and easy. The rooms were really spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable! Definitely will be coming back if we are ever in the area again.

I paid extra for breakfast when I paid for hotel on app yet when my guests went to stay thet were not u formed of the difference between a prepaid buffet and dining service. So my guests ended up adding breakfast service (an additional $85). The the extra I already paid was never used! I believe is was 15-18 per guest that I paid. I would like a refund for the lack of communication at the fro t desk.

The Westin Dallas Southlake is gorgeous. My wife and I loved everything about it, the only dissatisfaction we endured was due it taking almost a month before we got our incidentals deposit back. Other than that it was lovely.
