Elevator did not work and we were not told ahead of time. This meant rooftop and rooftop bar were closed. The shades in room would not go down all the way allowing a bright light to shine in. Very loud traffic noise and asked for the option to stay on parking lot side. Staff seemed unconcerned about any of it!

The elevator was out of order and had to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs.
The only thing I did not like was parking but the hotel can’t do anything about that so I loved it all. Transportation was easy and did not take long at all. Perfect location for wherever we wanted to go.
Ms. Charlie was amazing. I hate that the bar wasn't open but my overall stay was awesome.

Stay somewhere else.
They told me my card declined-ended up having to call my Bank in front of everyone where I then gave them the authorization from my bank where it was accepted. Finally they “trusted me enough that I got a room after wanting to run my card again for the full total, but without any refund. Elevators not working and will not stay there again. 3 vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires, so I don’t know if there were other issues.

No notice of elevators being down
Staff was kind, but elevators were out of service and it seemed like no work was being done to get them back running. According to the paper they had me sign upon checking in which acknowledged the elevators being down, it appeared the elevators had been out of order since August 22, 2024. I would have preferred to know that the elevators were down prior to booking or at least be notified BEFORE arriving. Other than that, the place was very clean and the lobby was nice to hang out in.
Clean, comfortable room. Easy access to the design district, but limited access to public transportation and other areas of the town. Nearby freeway created a lot of overnight noise.

I understood the elevators were out because of work being done on the facility, but I didn't expect management and service to be so non-chalant. My complaint was acknowledged with a discount on the full price of my stay.
For this to be a Hilton property along with construction being within 3 years, I would expect everything to be in tip top shape. But to arrive and only have one room available, which was on the fourth floor and to top it off not to have an elevator working so I had to carry everything up flights and stairs, was unacceptable.
Wonderful staff that were super accommodating! My room was on the 4th floor and they moved me down to the third due to all my luggage. Helped me carry luggage up and down on arrival and departure! Bed was so incredibly comfortable! It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend them!
My first impression was not that good , but after I settled in I felt a little better . The location is not bad to proximity to downtown Dallas . Overall experience was decent . Would I stay again “ Yes”
