The breakfast was very limited. The eggs had peppers and other vegetables in them. It would be better just regular eggs. Pancake machine was out and took a while to get the machine working.

For the most part, our rooms were good. The staff was friendly, and everything functioned properly. My only complaints are that oke of our bath towels had pinkish/red stains on it, and one of the other rooms I booked reportedly had an abundance of mold that was reported to management.

The staff was amazing. There was no water pressure in our room. My shower took almost 30 minutes just to get the soap sprinkled off of me. I finally got an ice bucket and attempted to fill it with water just so i could rinse off. Several were questioning the situation at breakfast. It wasnt just us. I asked to be moved but they claimed it was city wide problem.

The hotel looked decent from a few steps away but once you walked in and noticed the details you realized that there is a lot of things that haven’t been fixed, cleaned, and ignored. The worst part was that the shower and sink had little to almost non-existent water pressure and the plumbing was literally backing up back into sink and also shower pan. NOT kidding! I brought these issues up to the hotel front desk multiple times and their response that the manager would call me or get back to me. I eventually called and emailed the manager Ledarian and to this day not one callback or response. So far 3 days we had to attempt to shower with smallest water stream and almost immediately the drainage backed up so we stood in dirty drainage water that was coming back up and did our best to avoid standing in it. I have a feeling that I wont get a response yet again which is indicative of a poorly run hotel. I have pictures and videos to confirm everything stated.
Broken non addressed issues.
Broken windows shades just ignored. I imagine this is normal here.

The shower has a serious issue. The plumbing backs up after about a minute of low water pressure so yea imagine that!
