The staff made the stay bareable. From the start...there was hair on the sheets when i oulled them back, couch is dusty. The sink made plumbing noises throughout the night all around the outsid of the shower is dirty. We couldnt get the tv to work when trying to watch a specific channel when we return at 1am. No ome i clling someone up at 1am. Youre just trying to wind down. Im a big fan of the Virgin brand and Ive stayed at the Las Vegas location. Dallas location I regret paying for because $300 is not cheap.

I know this seems silly but the Bellmen were absolutely so sweet and helpful the entire time we stayed. They seemed excited to use the club car to take us wherever we needed to go. They were truly so pleasant. The hotel was so fun and funky, loved all of the decor. The beds were some of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept on in my entire life. I really enjoyed being able to order room service on my television rather than having to call down. And I thought the in room, snacks and drinks were very competitively priced! Would definitely stay here again
