The hotel was amazing and our penthouse suite was incredible with view of the Dallas sky line. We loved the decor in the suite - it was so spacious and had so many amazing touches.

I have stayed at Virgin Hotel Dallas twice and I plan to make it my designated hotel when in the Dallas area or any of its other locations. The location of the Dallas hotel is in a safe neighborhood and has convenient shopping. The on-site restaurant has impeccable service with a 4-star menu. The front desk staff was hospitable. The valet staff was professional and provided A service! For example, upon checking out of the hotel, we decided to have brunch on-site. When we checked out of the hotel, our vehicle was waiting in front of the hotel for departure. The valet staff loaded our vehicle with our luggage and had the car doors open awaiting our departure. If I could give this hotel and staff more than 5 stars, I would!

Nice design hotel
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, great gym and very nice design. The location is not perfect and parking is only valet. Due to the fact that hotel is located slightly outside the central part of Dallas valet parking feels unnecessary. Free self parking would be more appropriate.

It was fine. The shade was broken so we got woken up early by the sun on day one. We did tell them and they fixed it. Also the mirror’s light was out but they fixed it when we told them. A couple of cleanliness things could be improved, but all in all it was ok.

We love the Virgin line, so this property falls in with the expectations of that. Troy at the bar is especially awesome! We had a great view of the Dallas skyline and NYE fireworks from our room.
