This was my second time staying at the hotel. It did not disappoint. It nice, quiet, clean, attentive staff, near restaurants and in a nice area. There is a small river that runs adjacent to the hotel too. Nice place to take a walk in the morning. In addition, it's only an 8min drive to DFW Airport.

Aesthetically nice. Nice clean room. Washer and dryer a nice amenity. The bed wasn’t a queen as advertised and the pillows were poor quality and size. The WiFi was intermittent. The tv function was poor and complicated with two remotes(we aren’t novices). Nice location and surroundings. Dope smell in the elevator.

We planned to stay 4 nights but after the first night, we left. The floor was sticky, you could see grime on the kitchen floor, not sure the stovetop had ever been cleaned, handles were sticky, the hallways and elevator smelled. They don't give you anything to actually clean your dishes with. It looks great on the outside and the location is great. The floorplan is good and parking is secured at night. But so much missed opportunity to be great all around.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Staff was friendly. I had reserved a 3 bedroom, but received a call that they had overbooked, so I was placed in a two bedroom and a one bedroom across the hall. Both rooms were nice. It would have been nice to have what was reserved, but glad they could accommodate what was needed.
