The property was centrally located for us. Access to the highway was right outside hotel and proximity to airport was excellent. The bathtub was very slippery. I had to hang onto to safety bar for whole shower. The TV don’t work as it was supposed to. Streaming was available but the remote did not have the right buttons to get to the streaming apps. The breakfast was eh. Food not great.

The room I really liked. But there was some sort of water pressure thing going on in the wall so it kept squeaking every few minutes. In addition, one of the pillows smelled like a dog had laid on it

The advertising says there is a pub onsite; while food is available and tasted fine, there is not anything like “a pub.” Alcohol is displayed in the lobby and food orders placed at the check-in counter; tables set up for free breakfast are also in the lobby. At 10 pm, I was grateful for a hot pub-style meal with beer, but certainly missed the atmosphere of a separate space to relax. It was, however, a creative solution…

I liked it here and will definitely stay again. It’s not as close to the airport as it looked on the map but the shuttle didn’t take long. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They had everything you’d need for your room at check in to buy. The breakfast was okay, good for a one night stay for me. The room was lovely and quiet. The only things that brought it down was that with the shuttle you HAD to go on the time you booked. They wouldn’t let me get on any of the earlier emptier shuttles so I just sat in the lobby and the hallway had an awful smell the entire time I was there. Made me a little sick anytime I stepped out. But otherwise it was quiet and nice and I’ll stay there anytime I’m flying in or out of Dallas!

The toilet seat in my room would not stay up. The gym had broken unsafe equipment. Neither treadmill worked, when I reported it to the front desk I was told yes it’s been reported multiple times but the manager has done nothing. One of the pull down cables had a pin removed in the gym.
