I had an issue with trans woman staff named Stella and the room smelled molded and sour. The courtesy shuttle took two hrs to come after following prompts on phone. When you call the hotel they place you on hold and hang up without calling back. Never again

I stayed for my graduation and it was great. My room was clean and they provided complimentary breakfast with your stay. Breakfast was good and i loved how close i was to the airport. I will stay here again

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, treating customers as if we owed them something. The so-called continental breakfast offered was insufficient, barely enough to feed a handful of guests. Additionally, the kitchen equipment was not functional, and the staff showed no concern when the issue was reported. With plenty of other hotels in the area, I would advise going elsewhere. Despite the nice property, the ladies at the front desk bring the overall experience down to a 1 out of 10 score.

It was average, and of course, near the airport, with lots of plane traffic. When calling for a ride, which was included, from the airport, we kept getting hung up on and ultimately did not receive the complimentary ride and had to pay for an Uber. This was one of the reasons I picked this hotel over another, and I felt cheated and not valued. Everything else was just average and not worth paying the extra money.
