Restroom door handle was broken, pictures of room where not like online, smelled like smoke nasty even though we signed a no smoking.. not in bad location just not what we and other 3 family members expected.. pets are aloud, did have a stove and big house fridge

Attracted to this hotel due to the inexpensive price point and proximity to where we needed to be. Within being in the room for 5 minutes we encountered roaches. We went downstairs to tell the front desk person, who said that people bring things such as this all the time. I told her I didn’t want to bring them home with me so we would be immediately checking out. She said she doesn’t want to bring them home either and that’s why they have Orkin come DAILY. She said I needed to send the pictures I had taken (I never told her I had taken pictures) and email them on Monday to the manager. Her blahsay approach to them and what she shared confirmed my belief this is their standard.

I went to go change out my towels thought that was included in the housekeeping part of the motel which i haven't had housekeeping come in my room clean or even change my bedding. Motel of this calbore should heve housekeeping change bedding at least once a week if occupied.

Low on frills (no soap), bed wasn't particularly comfortable, but it cost a lot less than other options nearby, would stay here again (unless my wife came, too. Then we'd probably need to pay more somewhere else).

We knew we chose the wrong hotel when we walked into a room (not foyer) for check in, however, the women at the check in was very friendly. We were floored when we walked into our “Queen Suite”. The smell of mildew and smoke was overwhelming which immediately gave you the sense that it was not very clean. The furniture and bedding were very cheap, minimal and outdated. The bed was like sleeping on a board and creaked with every movement. And that wasn’t even the worst part! There was a literal hole in the floor along the wall. You could see insulation that was in between the floors! When we looked up there was a hole that we assume might have been where a fire alarm or something was suppose to be. There was mold around the hole. I have pictures but they won’t let me include them. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

False advertising by hotels.com This hotel is filled with a urine smell on the 2 floor and smoke. They do not have couches in any of their rooms at the McKinney Texas location.

This is a long stay hotel without any nearby amenities. No cups in bathroom, no soap or shampoo. Even the vending machines are junk food and it is a distance from restaurants or services. It is convenient to the County Courthouse, but be prepared for extremely basic accommodations.
