Very clean room, very nice hotel. Didn't care for the length of walk to get to my room being 67 and handicapped (walking). Otherwise it was very nice facility. Loved the late check out options too.

My door kept not unlocking all the way from the outside. They sent someone with new batteries and it didn’t fix the problem. They were out of some basic foods in the restaurant. The pool is in the main lobby and so the hotel smells a bit like a gym. My daughter is allergic to chlorine so it also bothered her. Not an ideal place to stay for an extended trip but fine for a short trip. Staff was nice and accommodating.

The hotel itself was really nice. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Overall, my stay was pleasant. The only downside was the La Perle restaurant. Unfortunately, the food and service there were disappointing. I was the only guest in the restaurant at the time, yet my order took about 35 minutes to arrive. I ordered at 5:57 PM and didn’t receive my food until around 6:35 PM. In addition, there was confusion with my order. I was asked multiple times what I had ordered, despite being the only person dining there. The sweet tea I ordered tasted like plain water with sugar, and it wasn’t brought out until near the end of my meal. I would rate the restaurant about a 4 out of 10. Everything else about the hotel was great, but the dining experience needs improvement.

The rooms are modern and clean but too many little nuisances. Maybe I'm just being picky, but everything in the hotel echo's and sound travels easy. We had a corner room that we could hear all the luggage going down the hall since it is tile flooring. It was really bothersome and difficult to have a quiet sleep or rest. In addition, in our room we could already smell all the fried food from breakfast buffet in the mornings. I guess for the price, it is okay. I won't be staying again.
