The Dampland holiday homes are situated next to a beautiful 3.5 km-long sandy beach in the Baltic Sea town of Damp.
At our "Asgard" holiday park, you can choose from three types of accommodations: cosy log cabins, charming roofed houses, and luxurious premium houses. Asgard is centrally located within our resort, and just a few minutes' walk from the four-kilometer stretch of the Baltic Sea coastline.
The holiday homes can accommodate up to 4 or 8 guests, depending on the type. Premium houses feature a cosy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for warming up on chilly days.

Important Information
Spitzbergen Restaurant Maintenance in 2024: Due to scheduled maintenance, the Spitzbergen restaurant will be closed for dinner from November 20th to November 29th, 2024.
During this period, guests will be served by our Limerick restaurant, though availability will be subject to separate blocked dates.
Note: Holiday homes can still be booked between November 20th and 29th, 2024, but dinner bookings will not be possible due to limited capacity.
Should the maintenance be completed earlier, we will inform you promptly, and the restaurant will reopen for guest use. By booking during this period, guests acknowledge this situation, and any complaints or claims related to catering are excluded.
Discovery Pool Maintenance in 2025: The discovery pool will be closed from January 13th to January 26th, 2025, for maintenance work. During this time, guests are welcome to use the panoramic pool at Mare Mara.

Parking
In addition to the large free car park at the entrance to the town, there are paid parking spaces directly in the center. These are managed digitally via camera-based parking space monitoring. As you enter and exit, your license plate is captured by a camera, and the data is permanently deleted after you leave the system. A free parking space is available for one hour to facilitate check-in. Holiday home guests also receive a free parking space near their accommodation.

Holiday with baby:Baby beds: Upon request and subject to availability, we provide a baby cot with bed linen for the duration of your stay.Baby comfort package: Includes a changing mat, baby bath, and bottle warmer. This package can be added to your booking upon request and subject to availability. A toddler toilet seat and high chair can also be rented upon request and availability.
Please note:Up to two dogs are allowed per property on request for €20 per night, payable locally. No dangerous breeds are permitted. Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the resort for the consideration of other guests.The Ostsee Resort provides a separate dog beach.Hiking trails, dog walking areas, playgrounds, nature reserves, a pharmacy, and a veterinarian are available nearby.
