Staff was accommodating with my request for a room on a quiet side. Room was advertised as a suite but was very small with extremely outdated furniture and TV. Very convenient to the Danbury Mall. Room was not cleaned until the last day Bathroom had a water leak from the room above That was never repaired The air conditioning/heat unit was leaking water constantly, part of the room was wet at all times. Staff cursed at me when I asked if they spoke Spanish I was answered “ no f**ing Spanish only English" I want something done about this Since the room cost me about $550.
