If you've been thinking about taking a much-needed vacation, choose Dock Holiday for your next memorable getaway! Discover the history of Bush's Baked Beans at the Bush's Visitor Center and shop through their famed Old-Fashioned General Store after you've explored the center. Take a scenic drive along the road to Sevierville Golf Club, where you can see who's got the best tee-off as you swing your nine iron across the verdant hills of this fantastic golf course. Dollywood and Pigeon Forge are within 25 miles from the home, and for additional sights, visit Gatlinburg, roughly 33 miles away.

Return to your getaway after your fun-filled day and take a load off on the home's living room sofas. Here, you'll have plenty of room to gather around and relax once you've settled into your new home away from home. If you're itching for homemade cooking, check out the island kitchen, whip up a meal, and feast on some delicious food. You'll get your own little slice of peace right out on the patio, where you can fire up the gas grill and throw a couple of patties on for some mouthwatering American barbecue. Sit out at the table under the shade of the umbrellas, then head back inside and challenge your friends to some foosball games and see who reigns champion! Gather around the living area and stream your favorite flick from the comfort of the furnishings, then call it a night and, slip under the covers and doze off into dreamland.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
