My friends and I stayed here for the weekend, openers were very nice and even let us have a later checkout time upon request. I accidentally broke a wine glass and they were super sweet about it. 10/10 reccomend!

Great weekend away.
Clean, neat, welcoming. Perfect for our stay in Davenport. Easy to find and close to all the places we visited. It was quite cold outside, but comfortable inside. Quiet neighborhood.

Cute house!
Overall good stay, very easy location to get around from for an event at St. Ambrose University. The house was clean & we especially appreciated the use of the washer/dryer & the large kitchen. We had a minor issue with the wifi due to a circuit being tripped- we were able to get this figured out & had assistance from the property owner in the process.

We stayed here for a softball tournament in Bettendorf. 15 minutes from fields. Cute house on a quiet cul de sac. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Clean and special touches like wine and pizza for the guests. Would highly recommend.

Just plain perfect
This property was everything we hoped for and more. The location, cleanliness, attention paid to small details (there was wine and frozen pizza waiting for us❤️), communication with the owner/host, even the fenced in back yard for the dogs, all was the best we’ve had thru VRBO (we’ve used Vrbo for several years). I cannot recommend this home highly enough. We definitely will be back!!!!

My husband and I stayed last year and when we returned this year with family to watch our oldest graduate the stay was no different. The house is clean, well stocked of things you need, and it feels like home. We gathered in the kitchen to cook meals and dining area to eat and hang out. Our oldest is moving on to another state to further their education so there isn’t a need to return but if there were I would come stay again.

Perfect
This was a perfect place to stay with our dog when we came to Iowa for our son’s graduation from the University of Iowa. The fenced yard and walkable neighborhood was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed nearby Vander Veer Park also. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house cooking and playing games, so we appreciated the spacious well-stocked kitchen! The comfortable couches, smart TV for streaming and the puzzles were also hits.

Overall house was good. We had a problem with ants but was only there three days so not enough time to rectify during stay. I contacted email address that was left at the house and never heard back. Thought that was really unprofessional. We dealt with ants crawling on us while on couches. They were on counters and dining room table. I know that ants are something everyone deals with, that’s why I didn’t make a big deal about it just wanted them to know so that it would be fixed for next guests.

Needed a place to stay during a midwest writing conference
There was nothing that I can think of that we needed while there except maybe a spider detector. This place couldn’t have been more conducive to our needs. The nearby park was beautiful to walk to. There are plenty of churches to choose from. We felt very relaxed and at home. The only thing that creeped me out was the big spider in my bed and one in the shower the next morning. Both of which were obliterated. Thanks!

Weekend Stay in Davenport
Our first time in Davenport to watch my son's college lacrosse game. House was updated, clean, and comfortable. There were "city" noises-barking dogs and train whistles, but that didn't bother us. House was well stocked, and we enjoyed our stay. We came to see a game at St. Ambrose which was close by. We found a few good places to eat, and I walked in a nearby park which was convenient.

Sweet little house
The house and fenced yard were wonderful! It was clean and perfect for our family to visit for spring break. The only bad part was I thought we could walk to visit the neighborhood but past the house's street it seemed little unsafe... but that's okay we let the kids ride their scooters in the loop in the front of the house.

Great house on a quiet cul-de-sac. We were less than a half-mile from St. Ambrose campus and an easy drive to anywhere in Davenport. The house was updated beautifully and worked wonderfully for us! They had everything we needed and responded to our questions quickly!
