Our keycards had to be reset daily. And it’s a very long walk from the rooms to the casino/hotel lobby. Our neighbor next door was blaring music and smoking weed. It reeked in our room and hallway. When we called to ask them to turn it down and stop smoking weed. The clerk said that they will be charged for smoking and that we could move to smaller regular room. We said no because we paid for a nice suite and we’re not willing to downgrade. They were unwilling to just call them.

Beautiful hotel, room was very well maintained and clean. Huge room. The only downfall was no breakfast in the morning unless you pay for it. For the money i spent for the room, you would thimk i would get a ten coarse breakfast or at least a stail bagel....

It was great but it had no hot water. They worked on it all day and night. Noone told me that there wasnt any hot water upon check in. I had to find it out on my own when i wanted to take a shower.
