Muy bueno el hecho de que sea un hotel con parque , las piscinas que sean 3 exteriores y la cubierta . Mucho para hacerle al hotel , falta de mantenimiento , estuvimos alojados en dos habitaciones , la mía era imposible el olor a caño del baño , 5 noches ....lo comunique a la recepción y me dijeron que enviaban a la chica de servicio lo que hicieron fue echar desodorante de ambiente hasta que el ultimo dia una de las señoras de servicio hablando del nauseabundo olor con muy buen tino me ofreció cambiar de habitación , creo que los papeles están cambiados la señora de servicio debería estar en recepción y el chico en el servicio de limpieza. Lamentable. Otro detalle es que el personal es muy amable , haciendo solo un par de excepciones. LO ULTIMO QUE DEBO DECIR ES QUE FUI CON MIS PADRES DE 90 Y 91 AÑOS , EL ACCESO A LA BAÑERA ES IMPOSIBLE , TIENE UN ESCALON PARA LLEGAR A SUBIR A LA BAÑERA DE NO MENOS DE 30 CM NO SOLO ESO SINO QUE ES MUY RESBALOSA , TUVIMOS LAS PRECAUCIONES DEL CASO Y NO PASO NADA PERO NO ES NADA COMODO POR DONDE LO MIRES Y NO SOLO PARA ADULTOS. SIN DUDAS PARA QUE SE PREOCUPEN DE ESTO EN FORMA URGENTE.

Bellísimo lugar, falta de mantenimiento del hotel.
El lugar es increíble, pero al hotel le falta mantenimiento. A las piscinas les falta un poco de temperatura para ser termal. Los juegos de niños están un poco abandonados. Hermoso paisaje y entorno campestre. Sin embargo le falta mucho mantenimiento. Sala de juegos deshabilitada. El restaurant demoro muchisimo (se quedaron sin gas). Pero lo QUE NO ME GUSTO es que a los extranjeros debe descontarse el iva de gastronomia, sin embargo no lo hicieron. No se si vuelvo.

Lindo hotel
Nuestra estadía en el hotel "Los Naranjos" fue muy buena. Podemos destacar las piscinas, tanto exteriores como interiores, que son climatizadas, lindas y muy cómodas, así como también el manejo por la pandemia (horario para usar las piscinas, desinfección de las mismas, uso de tapaboca en lugares públicos tanto para el personal como para los huéspedes, alcohol en gel en los diferentes ambientes, limpieza de los diferentes lugares, etc). También contemplamos como positivo que existieran actividades para grandes y chicos, programadas para cada día. Los alrededores son preciosos, para que los niños jueguen (hamacas, canchas) o se pueda recorrer caminando, disfrutando del sol. Durante la noche es muy tranquilo y logras descansar. El desayuno que estaba incluido, fue correcto, con variedad de bocados y alimentos para consumir. Como negativo, el restaurante es accesible económicamente hablando y tiene las demás comidas por si quieres comer en el lugar (almuerzo, merienda y cena), pero lo poco que probamos no fue de nuestro agrado (comida sin sabor, fritura con mucho aceite, y las rabas no estaban para nada ricas). El servicio, estuvo correcto pero no se destaca, ya que hubieron cosas que no nos informaban y nos enteramos por otros huéspedes, como el tener que anotarse para usar las piscinas (lo cual está perfecto como medida por la pandemia). Otro detalle, es que no creo que existiera una buena ventilación en la cocina, porque siempre se sentían los olores que de allí provenían.

Limpieza bien, desayuno normal, bastante básico para ser un resort y spa. Las instalaciones son bastante viejas, les falta un poco de actualización y algún jacuzzi ya que no tiene en ninguna piscina. Tampoco funcionaba la bañera porque estaba roto el tapón.
