Mold & Unsafe floors & Piss poor Management!
Bathroom: mold, unsafe shower doors, tile floor has very uneven tiles that are unsafe for the elderly & the disabled people that have a shuffle gait, tiles are so uneven their corners are elevated by 1/2 " resulting in trip hazards. Complaints to the Manager were dismissed with excuses, ie: "I'm new", "I need a maintenance person", "I just got a new budget for paint"....blah, blah. We have stayed at this Hampton location multiple times a year since it opened. It has continuously degraded in maintenance & routine care. I doubt we will stay there in the future. Now, fix the damn bathroom mold & unsafe tiles!

New hotel and super clean! Safe!
Great little hotel, well staffed and clean. Couldn't get the game on the TV but that was the worst that happened during our visit. The breakfasts are generous and rotated items so we didn't have the same thing everyday. The laundry facility is small but clean and more than comfortable. If you needed anything, check with the front desk. They probably have it. They were able to provide everything we needed.

The first two rooms were very dirty so had to change rooms three times. Staff were very helpful but cleanliness was definitely an issue.

Overall very nice hotel- stayed twice in one week - as was halfway point to and from visiting family in Virginia. Booked online just a couple hours before arriving- reasonable rates. Great breakfast starting at 6am. During our last stay we noticed bathroom floor had not been properly cleaned. Otherwise no complaints.

The property was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. The only criticism is the noise. The rooms only have cheap carpet squares with absolutely no padding, so we could hear every step from the room above. Late at night and it woke us up early in the morning. And I’m sure the people under us could hear every step we took also. We never heard one sound from the rooms on either side (and it was full) but only the footsteps from above.

The hotel needs some updating. Carpet stains, grouting in bathroom needs repairing. We were not impressed by the front desk employee. Poorly groomed, no greeting, no smile and wasn’t exactly sure how to handle my reservation through Expedia.
