Easy check in, Andrew was very friendly and helpful. Love the to go bags for breakfast for those in a hurry to hit the road. Rooms are newly appointed with thoughtful lighting and comfortable beds. Breakfast was decent although only minor complaint was only one bacon rasher left 30 mins before breakfast closed.

Two thumbs up BUT….
The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful. Only two small issues: when I went to the room, I noticed the floor had not been mopped. There were shoe prints and streaks all over the floor and we were also missing the shower curtain. However, the young lady at the front desk took care of that problem immediately and there were absolutely no other issues. There were Dove products available for use in the bathroom, which was really nice: it included shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand wash and hand lotion. I highly recommend. There’s a lot of restaurants in the immediate area, the convenience of gas stations and even dollar stores. It was very quiet and very comfortable.

Cash not accepted but at least the place is clean
Check in night staff, a gentleman that said he was new (in person) and a female manager (on phone) were incredibly rude. Although their website and corporate states that this location accepts cash payment for the room as long as there is a credit card on file to hold the reservation ahead of time, they in fact do not accept cash for anything and were more than happy to cancel our room at the drop of a hat if we didn’t pay with the same credit card as the reservation was held with. If you’re going to change policies differently than corporate then they need to update your website and let third party booking sites know as well. Younger female at front desk during the day was so very nice and helpful. Other girl at night who brings her kids who run around in the lobby until at least midnight and husband to work… unprofessional. Fire alarm went off each morning at 6:15/6:30 in our room which made for a very eventful morning especially with a toddler and all they said was oops we’ll look into it. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Single king room was okay on space for 2 adults and toddler.

HORRIBLE STAFF AT CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT.
We arrived at 140pm. We asked could we check in and the employee was very rude, and told us we had to wait till 3pm but hotel didnt seem to be full, but then we watched her in another customer early. Honestly employee is lazy, more interested in her phone. We checked out, she never asked us how was our stay, again phone was more important. I have to now come to the area once a month, wont ever stay there again.
