A bit shabby but clean enough. The ocean view room was nice but family in a street view room said it was noisy. The carpet has a smell and really needs to be replaced along with some old armchairs. Breakfast was decent.

Property gave us the ocean front room we wanted. The room was sufficiently large enough. The kitchenette met our needs. The beds were not as comfortable as we are used to, they are too soft and lumpy. The pool area is good and kept clean. We love the safety feature that room key is required to use elevator.
