- The South Tower Management company will be closing the lazy river, swimming pool (south), spas (south) and pool slides from November 1st to December 15th (tentatively) for major repairs.
-Parking is limited, so plan ahead for your stay. Free parking for one vehicle per unit in our garages; additional vehicles can park across the street at the Ocean Walk Village Garage.
-We are unable to provide parking for boats or trailers in the parking garage
-This is a non-smoking resort
-This resort is a mixed-use facility. The South Tower common areas, gym, and garage are not managed by Travel + Leisure Co., so your experience may vary between areas of the resort.
-The lazy river and waterslide, located in the south tower, are not managed by Wyndham Ocean Walk and may be subjected to unexpected closures.
- A $250 security deposit is required at check-in.
