I was worried about noise as some of the reviews mentioned noise due to construction, we were there for six days just left today and I swear you could never tell there was another Sowle around. It was so quiet… We were not there during the day when construction was occurring, but any other time it was super quiet… only complaint are the pillows, they are terrible. And maybe having an extra blanket on hand for chilly nights or wrapping in to have coffee on the patio while enjoying the bow.

We loved the roomy feel of this spot. It was clean and access to the hot tub was good. The space was missing dish drying towels and dish soap but the reception desk provided some when asked. Directions for underground parking was confusing. But overall we enjoyed the stay.

I stayed here for 5 nights and never cleaned the towels and the accommodation. We never cleaned the accommodation and replaced the amenities until we checked out. I don't want to go there again..

Nice location with surrounding mountains. Very quiet and peaceful. Pretty inconvenient location. Looking back we should have stayed closer to Canmore but if you’re wanting a peaceful escape this is nice. The check in process was a bit annoying since the concierge scared us into thinking we didn’t have a reservation booked. We had to show him multiple confirmation emails and then he miraculously found our reservation - after almost giving us a heart attack. Not what you want after a long day of travel. Overall I probably wouldn’t come back here again but it was a nice experience.

The room we stayed in looked like it had been trashed, there were gashes taken out of the wall the roof was unfinished, and our dishes were dirty and we found used tissues in our bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, and soaps were all from previous guests, which to me is very gross and unhygienic. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the duvets were so thin. The hot tub also closed at 9:15 pm which was disappointing. The living room area was cute and spacious and the staff working that night was very kind and helpful, however for over $600.00 a night we were very disappointed.

Though many reviews shared noise complaints, we had zero issues and our room was situated next to the building undergoing construction. We were typically indoors between 7pm-9am. We visit AB annually for hiking and this is definitely one of our favourite places we’ve stayed so far! Love the outdoor hot tub. It was also great to have the option of cooking our own meals! The lower water pressure in the toilets simply requires you to hold down the flusher longer. Nice walking trails by the creek with the dogs loved. Will stay here again!

Fabulous condo resort! I booked a 2 story, 2 bedroom condo. On arrival, the check-in lady told us there were none, not just for rent, nowhere on the property. I showed her several after she became indignant. Later she admitted she had no Idea and had been there only three weeks. I did not get a two story, two bedroom! Good thing I wasn't traveling with family or friends!! The unit we got was sufficient, although not what we booked.

I will say that this property is well placed in a quiet are close to Canmore but away from the traffic which is great. However the condo we were in was a different story, the carpet nails were sticking out and scratched my mother’s foot. This was very dangerous since we have 2 toddlers walking around, I had to hit the nail down. The wall plugs upstairs didn’t work on our 3rd day which made it an awful sleep since my children use the sound machine and it stopped in the middle of the night. My father couldn’t use his CPAP machine due to that and we also checked the breaker and everything was on. This was very inconvenient but it also felt like they wanted us to leave.
