Clean and close to boat ramp
We stayed here for A high school fishing tournament. The property was clean, nice, and had everything we needed. Cell service in this area is not very good because it is pretty remote, but the Wi-Fi in the home allowed us to be able to make calls, stream TV, email, and do everything we needed to do. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had.

Visited to attend the 8U Allstar tournament in Parsons. The house was great, beds comfortable and most of all really clean. The owner was great to answer questions and quick replies. If we were in the area again we would definitely stay again!

This house is new and clean. It had adequate amenities (cook utensils, grill, linens, etc) for a long weekend stay. Easy access upon check in. The host was super nice and quick to respond to questions. Location is in a nice area, near to TN River access and golfing. Would definitely rent again.
