Summary:
Spend your countryside escape at Eagle Mount Deepwater! The ideal farm stay NSW getaway surrounded by abundant wildlife and cattle, with plenty of bushwalking tracks throughout the 600-acre property. Although we have comfortable daytime temperatures throughout the year, we recommend booking with us this fall or winter. Here, vacationers have the luxury of sleeping in and being awakened by the warm sunlight.

The Space:
Eagle Mount Deepwater by Tiny Away is located just 2 hours drive from Lismore, passed by the town of Tenterfield. A peaceful countryside escape known for its outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, and bird watching. The tiny house sits in a grassy meadow with gentle breezes - perfect to disconnect from the bustling metropolis.

If you're up for a drive, explore nearby attractions within 30 minutes to an hour away. Bald Rock National Park boasts granite gardens and scenic trails. Rotary Park provides a tranquil setting for nature relaxation, while Girraween National Park showcases stunning granite formations and distinctive rock structures in the Granite Belt.

It is a cozy 139-square-foot tiny house with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. This includes an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The buildings are situated at a distance of 750 meters from the front gate. Consequently, the location boasts serene surroundings and a picturesque landscape. Perfect for cattle grazing activities.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and other amenities.

Tank water is accessible and should be as good-tasting as any bottled water. We also provide carbonated mineral water upon request at extra cost.

As an added note, we would like to remind guests that this is a self-catering accommodation and kindly advise them to bring their groceries to prepare meals and other necessities.

Eagle Mount Deepwater by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful town known for its outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, and bird watching. The tiny house is located just 2 hours drive from Lismore, passed by the town of Tenterfield. Tenterfield is renowned for its excellent wineries and farm gates, and it is also considered the 'birthplace of Australia.'

If you're interested in coastal towns, Evans Head is only a two-hour drive away and offers plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy, from surfing to fishing and savoring fresh, premium seafood.

Our local recommendations:

- Tenterfield Corner Cafe is a beautiful cafe in town that offers delicious food, tasty cakes, and delicious coffee.
- Bald Rock National Park is 54 minutes away and offers granite gardens, scenic walks, and breathtaking countryside views.
- Rotary Park in Tenterfield is a great place to unwind in nature, complete with a playground, public toilets, BBQs, and picnic tables.
- Coles Tenterfield offers a variety of groceries, fresh deli, meat, and produce. Along with low and affordable proces you can trust.
- Girraween National Park is an hour's drive away and boasts massive granite outcrops, large angular tors, and surreal rock formations in the Granite Belt.

Getting Around:
By car:

- Property is reachable by 2WD.
- Deepwater is 3.5 hours from Brisbane by car.

By public transport:

- There are also Rail Busses that come past by Deepwater.
- Deepwater is 6km and 5 minutes away and Glen Innes is 25 minutes away.
- Tenterfield is 40 minutes away.
- There are no Taxi services in Deepwater.

Other Things to Note:
- We are happy to have people bring their pets. But they must:

1. Be under the control of the owner at all times.
2. Not sleep inside the Tiny Home as the white linen is not pet friendly. Please provide a warm and comfortable place for your pets to sleep.
3. They can sleep on your own vehicle.
4. A dog house/Cage/Enclosure that you bring and you can locate on the deck right next to the door of the Tiny home.
5. pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
6. Pets need to be kept on leash at all times

- No uninvited guests or visitors allowed
- 4WD tracks available (at own risk to your vehicle)
- Deepwater is only 6km away from our property
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas
- Telstra has good signal, and the rest have weak or have no signal at all
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Safety guidelines
- We recommend you stay away from the "Bull Enclosure" as our Bull is large and powerful.
- We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health and well-being.
- For your safety, please maintain a safe distance from pets and farm animals, as they are easily agitated and might cause harm.
- Kindly refrain from entering animal paddocks or yards without the permission of the land host to avoid any accidents.

Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
