Always a pleasure staying here
My family and I have stayed here a couple of times now and it is always a great experience. Conveniently located off highway 99 but not too close so you can't hear traffic. Breakfast is healthy, beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. I look forward to my next stay here.

I travel so much and stay in so many places, that I only rate hotels that actually try to go the extra mile as 5 stars, but a hotel that doesn’t do the simplest thing as providing a couple of bottles of water is a hotel that I would never stay again. This is one of those. Not to mention that the breakfast was one of the worst of any 3 star hotel I’ve stayed at in the last few years. Definitely would not recommend, if you have no other choice it’s a bed and a roof although it feels like a very cheap mattress and you can hear the train go by at 4am quite loudly.

The bed was so uncomfortable the mattress and pillows were too soft that when I laid down it feels that it was sinking. The bathroom did not have the seal that it was properly sanitized and the shower was dirty on the borders.

Would be all five stars except for the failure to have a functioning coffee machine in our room, and the inability of staff to provide a working replacement anytime during our three-day stay. We had the same problem when we stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2024. I’m at a loss as to how a five star hotel such as Hyatt has an apparent inability to supply this admittedly simple (but highly valued in these cold months) amenity. It’s a blind spot that property management needs to address, as it could be an indicator of issues elsewhere in the property.

Shower could have better drainage
The room was great. Breakfast was great! However, It was an accessible room and after taking a shower there was quite a bit of water on the floor instead of down the drain. That was a little bit dangerous and I had to use towels to sop up the water so my husband wouldn’t fall down. So that drainage could be better!

My stay was super comfy, quiet, and spotless. Breakfast was included and it was awesome. The location was perfect, it was walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a quick drive to where I needed to be. I'll definitely stay there again.
