It would have been wonderful if I did not have to pay for parking each night. I bought some aspirin in the little store at the hotel that expired a few months ago, but other than that it was fantastic!

The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, patient and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Parking was very easy.

Do yourself a favor and stay in the Hyatt Place down the street. This hotel is just far enough from downtown to be a bit of an annoying walk with minimal foot traffic and on our last night around 11-12 my wife and I were yelled at by someone who started following us for the last block which was legitimately unnerving to the point that we ran into the building to get away from them. When we got inside the property we told the front desk person who just said something along the lines of it being typical to have drunk people around the downtown area. Beyond that incident, the train tracks are nearby and noisy, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable, the air conditioning is just window units which blow directly on you while you sleep, and the parking is expensive.
