Good stay.
I thought I booked at the Fairfield but I ended up booking at this Hampton Inn, which is a new hotel in the last couple years. It's a good location that it's close to Atlantic Avenue and it is walkable to the beach. Room is clean and nice. But I was not happy with the $20 for 24 hours. Parking, glad I am staying only one night.

The parking situation was horrible. The hotel did not have any of their own parking. The valet charged $30 per day. i parked a ways away from the hotel to avoid the valet fee. I think it is ridiculous for a hotel like the Delray Hampton Inn not to have their own free parking. The one bright spot in our stay was the person in charge of the breakfast area. She kept everything well-stocked, and clean, and cleaned every table the minute one was vacated. Kudos to her. Also, the maid did an exemplary job, cleaning our room every other day, taking great care of it. The pool and lobby was quite nice, but the staff was less than helpful.
