Cozy and well-maintained holiday complex with a communal pool, just a few steps from the beach.
The bungalow is located on the ground floor and has a double bedroom with a 150cm bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a separate equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge with freezer and washing machine, a small dining room with access to the terrace equipped with garden furniture and a sofa bed.
The gated complex has a grassy area with palm trees and some plants, the large pool has a shallow area separated for children and an outdoor shower.
Pets are not allowed. It has its own parking.
The beach is 140m away, bars and restaurants are in the surrounding area, shopping possibilities are 2.5km away and Denia centre is 3km.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
