I had booked 3 rooms. All 3 rooms spent an uncomfortable night because the power in our wing went off around 1:30 am and did not come back till 5:15 am. It got very dark and hot in the room. We had a hard time sleeping. A couple of people ran into objects while fumbling for their phones to turn on the phone light. My wife stubbed her toe on the bathroom threshold. We requested some adjustment on our daily rate but were turnded down. I would like Expedia to issue us some rate adjutment. I booked 12 nights at different locations in Turkey during this trip. Would appreciate a response.

Herşey mükemmel .

Temizlik personelinden restaurant çalışanlarına resepsiyon personelinden sorumlu müdüre kadar harika bir kadroya sahip otel. Mükemmel vakit geçirdik . Kahvaltısı akşam yemeği öğle sonrası atıştırmalıklar harikaydı. Olması gerektiği kadar yemek çeşidi lezzetliydi. En ufak pürüz yoktu. İlla ki sorun bulmaya çalışırsanız sorun sizde demektir :))Temizlik hijyen konfor ferahlık hepsi biraradaydı. Hiç bişey karmaşık değildi .havuz temizliği çok iyiydi. lokasyonu da çok iyi yerde. Pamukkale Kaya thermal oteli tercih edin .Sanırım bundan sonra Pamukkale bölgesinde hep tercih edeceğimiz otel burası olacak 🙏.

Otel temiz ve yeni biz 1 gece beklediğimizden daha iyi bir odada konakladık ve gerçekten memnun kaldık. Özellikle spa bölümündeki görevli personeller çok ilgililer ve masaj gerçekten çok iyiydi bir daha gelsem tekrar tercih ederim.

Kötü yerden oda verildi

Otel güzel , deluxe oda tutmuştuk en kötü bloktan odayı vermişler. Odanın balkonu mutfak kısmının duvarına bakıyor, duvardan başka hiç bir şey görünmüyordu oysa havuzu gören odalar da boştu. Ayrıca mutfağın havalandırma sistemi yüzünden odaya çok gürültü geliyordu. Kötü yerden oda verilmesi nedeniyle memnun kalamadık

È um bom hotel, muito novo, mas è um hotel para excursões, turismo em massa, então meio incomodo para quem vai sozinho. O atendimento do restaurante muito ruim.. ou vc come o que está no buffet, ou não consegue pedir um ovo, nem pagando por fora.

In armonia con la natura

Siamo stati molto bene. Struttura nuova, con 4 piscine ben tenute di cui una esterna da 25 metri pulitissima. Sauna e bagno turco perfetti. Tutto disponibile fino a tardi di notte. La colazione ben organizzata. Bravissima la giovane chef. Una gran scelta di pietanze tipiche dallo yogurt alla marmellata di rose. La posizione della struttura un po’ fuori è comunque ottima per fare il volo in mongolfiera. Personale delle pulizie di grande educazione e civiltà. Amano gli animali e li rispettano in modo esemplare. Quando siamo stati noi c’era un giovane gattino del posto che era il beniamino di tutti gli ospiti. Questo fa della struttura un luogo in perfetta armonia con la natura. Bravi.

Otel gerçekten temiz ve rahattı. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı kısmında mutfak çalışan ve omletimizi hazırlayan hanımefendi çok ilgiliydi. Aynı zamanda içecek servisi yapan beyefendi gerçekten ne istesek çok nazik bir şekilde bize sundu. Sadece spa masaj kısmından memnun kalmadık. Sebebi ise fiyatların euro olarak turist fiyatından bize sunulmuş olmasıydı. Bu yüzden masaj yaptırmadık. Bunun dışında tekrar pamukkaleye gittiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.
