Authentic Balinese hotel. Fantastic staff. Great location to new mall and eateries. Biking path and Sanur beach right there. Would recommend for a relaxing stay

Staff very helpful. Organised an excellent driver called Noodle to pick us up from the airport. We used Noodle a number of times as he was a great driver who spoke english well which was a big help.

Good value for money, beautiful gardens and loved the three pools. Lovely quiet area right on the beach front. Our room was clean but dated, especially bathroom. Stairs were a bit difficult in the villas when your70yrs. Luckily Im fit and healthy. Lovely outlook while having buffet breakfast.

We arrived at Gryia Santian and were immediately upgraded to a pool side room. This facility is quite modern and all facilities were in excellent condition. The grounds were spectacular. The pools were great and the location is amazing. You can walk to many eating options and the roadway had been quiet. There is a boardwalk in the back of the property that leads you to the Icon mall and various restaurants. The beach access is right across from the boardwalk. All chairs / cushions/umbrellas were is great condition and lots of availability. There were so many things right about this place that I would highly recommend staying at the facility.

Nothing I liked. We seemed to be in a flight path & there was an area where motorbikes would come & go from early morning to late at night. Also there was burn off & smoke smell mostly early morning so couldn’t use the balcony. Couldn’t get a lounger around the pool to have a swim. Always had towels on even if people weren’t there. Wasn’t policed at all. Breakfast was very poor with not much selection. Expected much more from this hotel.

We were very impressed with the resort. The layout is perfect. Having a pool in front of our rooms was heaven. Not far to walk to the pool bar. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
