A very nice property close to the beach marina. Friendly staff and we loved the sauna and hot tub and pool. Definately recommend!

Not as good as expected
Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Arrived at the advertised check in time and was told we had to wait another hour for our room to be ready - sat by reception and saw multiple people arrive and check in to their rooms whilst we were still waiting. Room still wasn’t ready an hour later but after complaining we were told we could go to the room but it wasn’t finished? Never had this before. Told on check in we had breakfast included in our stay, arrived at breakfast the next morning to be told it wasn’t included and tried to charge us. Didn’t bother in the end. The room was okay but quite tired - king bed is 2 king single beds pushed together.

Nice quiet place it’s about a 5 minute taxi drive to down town Sanur or you can hire bike from beach and ride into town, staff where amazing, pool bar staff are always friendly and welcoming,The transport that was organized through hotel was brilliant his name was Made he connected me with photo and message as we arrived at airport,

Welcomed from day one of nine to the last day.
From arriving to leaving the staff were welcoming and helpful. Having a courtesy bus was great. So location was good for most things. As with most accommodation in Bali little maintenance things are happening or need doing. Would stay again.

This hotel was awesome. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay everything we wanted it to be. We would highly recommend! Close to the beach, safe and good food.

Almost all positive, a few improvements needed.
So the pros- Friendly staff, decent breakfast, good location, great pool. Cons - Really uncomfortable mattress, but apart from that nothing. I would stay there again!
