Loved this little hotel, a charming oasis just around the corner from Sanur's main shopping/dining strip. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. One saw me struggling to blow up a pool toy and immediately came out with a pump to do it for me. The included breakfast is good quality - Bali coffee, fruit bowl, eggs on toast and pineapple juice. We ordered lunch by the pool and that was great too. They allowed us to hang around the pool for two hours after (12noon) check-out. Couldn't have been more helpful, and very sweet with my daughter.
We had a deluxe room which was perfectly adequate, with icy aircon, a tv with some channels in English, plenty of storage space and quirky pop-art on the walls. The shower pressure was weak, and it took several minutes for the hot water to come through, but no big deal. Also, the lock on the door was pretty flimsy and had a bit of a trick to it, but there is a small safe in the room, so that didn't worry me greatly either. Overall, a lovely experience. Have moved on to a bigger resort now and actually wish we hadn't! We will return to Sanur House.
