Red Rocks Concert Weekend
Large house as described in listing. Furniture is aged, could do with upgrading. Maintenance needed, arrived to tools and toilet seat in box in master bathroom. Stained carpets. A little upkeep and has potential. Enjoyed our get away for a concert weekend. Great location.

It worked
We reserved this for a wedding nearby to be closer to the venue. Description says sleeps 22. This is not the case unless you count the stack of dirty used mattresses that was stored under the stairs. We ended up using air mattresses that we brought. The living room couches and several of the beds are pretty worn and have pieces of wood shoved underneath for “stability”. Beware of the tree full of bees near the front door. There were 2 traps hanging in the tree and both were completely full with many more bees swarming. This would be a safety hazard if you are allergic. One of us was stung and we did not use the front door because of this. We had to use the side gate and back door. Overall, it worked but we weren’t overly excited about our stay.

Overall this place was a nice place to stay and had plenty of room. My only two complaints are advertising it with a hot tub when it’s just a bathtub and the master shower having some mold.

Excellent location
We stayed for a wedding nearby. The house was large enough to accommodate an extended family. The location is excellent on a quiet dead end street. Host was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay.
