They don’t clean your room ever, we had to go down to the counter and bring up towels/blankets. The breakfast was not good, you have like 3 things to pick from and the water was definitely sink water. If you want a decent and good location to stay I guess stay here. 4/10 won’t be back tbh.

Fine for a night Denver airport stay.
Called hotel for shuttle info, even though they had emailed instructions to us, and the shuttle arrived in ten minutes like they said it would! Nice receptionist. Hallways and elevators are dated, need to change carpet! Room could use updating but clean and ok for one night.

I didn't like that there was a smell of constant smell of smoke in different parts of the building. It makes me think they have to be more aware of client behaviors and request that smokers don't smoke right in front of the main entrance

On Saturday night there was a car honking and door’s slamming every hour. The staff was super nice but I have to wonder what was going on during the middle of the night with some of the hotel guests. I didn’t get any sleep.

One of the worst I’ve ever stayed in
Avoid this place at all costs. I waited over 15m in the lobby for anyone to even acknowledge me. Had to replace room keys 3x.. they didn’t work. I had to help other ppl on my floor just get in their rooms the keys were so bad. I got locked outside in a snowstorm multiple times. The water never went down in the tub after a a shower. The room was filthy. The whole place smelled like curry & they’re worried about you smoking on the property lol that would have smelled better. No sanitizer in the fitness room and the pool was covered in mold. The best part was the miserable breakfast.

I will be calling for a refund or a credit for my stay. I spent 90 minutes in line waiting to get my room card… even when I checked in online before arriving. I was only able to stay in the room for 4 hours before having to leave.
