First of all, we missed our connecting flight, due to mechanical problems with our plane and United would not provide a voucher. So we were not in the greatest mood, the check in person was doing something for about 5 minutes and kept saying, I’ll be right out. Shuttles great, breakfast was very basic, hotel needs to be refreshed. Did what we needed, but felt like we were basically sheep

First of all when we got in our room we had one washcloth and i had to call twice to have some delivered. The towels were very old with holes and very worn!!!! The room was also dusty.

Awful customer service
We booked this hotel because of the complimentary airport shuttle. We signed up for the 5:30 am shuttle when we checked in and saw the front desk clerk write down our reservation. When we checked out we got on the van and then was told to get off the van because we didn't sign up for the shuttle. We told the current front desk person that we had signed up when we checked in and they were very rude and told us we didn't. They never once showed any courtesy. After about 5 minutes of arguing with us they said there were still 5 other people that hadn't showed up and if they didn't show up we could get on the shuttle. They should have said that to begin with and not accused us of lying.

No thanks!
WE received 3 different keys that did not work. Many of the lights in the room did not operate although the "green" light was on at the entrance to the room. The hostess could be heard cussing on the phone while in the lobby. No paper towels in the lobby rest room for over 12 hours. Lack of attention to detail in the bathroom.

We thought that the bed was comfortable and it was a nice shower, but it was very confusing because of their energy saving features you had to put the card inside the wall to get the AC to turn on and then you had to remove it to get the one light to turn off so between not being able to turn the light off, which should be extremely simple and not turning on the air it was very frustrating and we didn’t get as much rest as we wanted The breakfast was mediocre .

Parking charge
This hotel charges $10 per night for parking. I assume this is to keep people from using their lot for the airport, but there has to be another way than penalizing customers who are just staying the night. Also, side entry doors don't function with your key card. The person at the front desk said that they only work sometimes.

Headed to Orlando
TV was almost shot. Both sides of the picture were very dark and the middle was weak. Shower curtain rod was hung on a slant and both ends of the curtain would slide open. Only one wash cloth was in the room. Light above the sink was either burnt out or didn't have a dedicated switch. So, no light.
