Centrally located, it's just minutes from Denver, with easy access to Boulder and Red Rocks. You'll also be a short drive away from incredible hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park and other scenic spots.

The home features a hot tub, arcade machine, foosball table, a chef's kitchen, and two cozy living areas. With four oversized bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, plus three full bathrooms, it's ideal for hosting your entire group or family.

Spanning over 2,000 square feet, this home has plenty of space for everyone. The main floor boasts an open-concept layout, including a chef's kitchen, dining area, and living room. Upstairs, you'll find the expansive master suite with an ensuite bathroom and king-sized bed, plus two additional bedrooms—the Sunlight Room and Rocky Mountain Room—each with a king bed, and the second full bathroom. The lower level offers a second living room where your group can relax, a fourth bedroom with another king bed, and the third full bathroom. The basement features a kid-friendly space with a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for play, along with the movie room.

Business Trip but better
Rather than battle the downtown Denver hotels, I decided to find a home in Arvada for my business trip. I paid the same amount but got all the luxuries of home. Plus, my better half and our pup could join me. The home was lovely, clean, and just as described. The communications were great and the response time when there was an issue was blazing fast. The hot tub was a great treat after a long day of meetings. We will be back.

Great rental for girls weekend. 5 ladies stayed in the house, it was perfect for us to each have our own bedroom. Plenty of room and quick drive to all of our destinations. Property owner was quick to respond to questions.

Nice Stay
Overall it was a nice place and Susie was responsive. There were a couple issues like crack tile flooring in the bathroom and washer not being hooked up. Minor things IMO, I would stay here again given the chance.
