This is a 30-day rental.

This 2 story carriage sits off the main street, allowing for a quiet, comfortable night's sleep. The upstairs has a full bathroom and a queen size bed. Guests over 6'5'' will notice the slanted ceiling upstairs (I'm 6'3'', and I fit fine) as they approach the bed.

Downstairs has a full kitchen, TV (Direct TV), washer/dryer, and a comfy sitting area.

You'll be located near some of Denver's best nightlife, with several bars/restaurants within a 10-minute walk. You're also within walking distance of downtown Denver, with endless entertainment options.

The backyard has a grill and table/chairs. The backyard is filled with wildflowers and tends to have an 'over-grown' keep that in mind before booking.

Street parking is available throughout the neighborhood.

Perfect Bungalow Stay
I stayed here for about 2 months and it was a great experience. The private back entrance and yard ensures privacy and the place came with all the amenities needed. The location is walking distance from many restaurants, bars and stores. Scott was also great at communicating with me re:parking

Great location but.....
The location and neighborhood are great! The property itself could use some work. The landsvaping felt really neglected and gave off a haunted house vibe. The inside was decent, just needed to be cleaned better. The showerhead needs replacing still! and the overall shower/tub situation needs improvement. I really liked the layout of the house itself and the kitchen was great for some simple cooking!

Cozy Little Getaway!
We loved staying at the Carriage House. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It's also located in an awesome neighborhood close to restaurants and bars, and less than a 30 min walk to City Park. One drawback was that the shower was very small and the shower head was coming off the wall making it very unstable. Otherwise, everything was perfect!!

The home was super clean upon arrival, with everything we needed fully stocked. Air conditioning, tv ,etc. all worked well! Very close drive to main downtown areas!

The Carriage house was charming and sat back in a natural garden with a stone walking path. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. and had a small oven/stove. My group and I felt at home here and really enjoyed our stay. Street parking was okay, there were times we needed to circle the block to find parking but the street freed up quickly. A/C was perfect and we were able to control it. There are sun roofs in the bedroom and bathroom which added natural light but might not be ideal for sleepers who require total darkness. The only issue were the beds/futon. They were not the most comfortable but I didn't have any back problems and would sleep there again.

The house is set back from the street with a lot of trees and plants that make you feel you aren't so close to other houses and downtown. I like walking and was able to walk to the convention center daily (about 1.5 miles) as well as the RiNo breweries.

Cute guest house
I was attending a conference at an overpriced hotel less than a mile away. This was the perfect alternative. Walking distance to my conference and restaurants. There is a fabulous spa around the corner. I love the wild garden, but I had to trim some ivy back so I didn't get whacked in the head going into the door. Ran out of TP but snagged roll from the hotel. The tub leaked when I took a bath to enjoy the epsom salts. I did not complain to the property manager about either of these things. Someone stole the bath mat I had left out to dry. So I encourage you to make sure you lock the doors. All in all it was a perfect peaceful place and I recommend it.
