This classy farm style home has easy access to the City of Golden a 4 mile drive west where you will find many things to do. On 44th about 1 mile west you will find one of the finest train muesums " Colorado Railroad Museum" established in 1958. They offer train rides various weekends, guest can also see plenty of trains and exhibits inside and out. Continue west on 44th about 3.5 miles there you will find many more things to do in Golden MillerCoors Brewing Company tours,Miners Alley Playhouse, tubing on the river , lots of restaurants, 5 breweries, micro breweries.
East on 44th from your stay about 1 mile down the street you can pick up a Casino bus to take you Gambling in Central City or Blackhawk.
If you are looking to travel to the mountains you are a short drive to west I-70 about 2 miles from the highway will get you to the play ground of the Rockies in about 1 hour to ski, hike, ATV riding, horseback riding. Rocky Mountain National Park is about 1.5 hours drive where you can hike ,see elk ,fish, or simply drive and see beautiful Colorado.
If you are Arriving from DIA you have about a 45 min drive to this location.

Perfect Stay
We came for a wedding and stayed for the week. The house was very clean! Everything was perfect; good water pressure, good beds, plenty of cooking gear, and close to the sites that we wanted to see. The owner called me to let me know that I might be flying into a snow storm which I really appreciated. I ended up getting sick during my trip, so I had to spend a few days in bed and appreciated the comfortable bed and tv in the bedroom.

Family trip to Golden
Took family with three young children to stay here to visit the Golden area. This was a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The location is great for going hiking, visiting Golden or going into Denver. Great place to stay to see the area. The house was comfortable and the children really enjoyed playing in the large backyard.

The renovations on this home are very nice. From the moment we pulled in the drive, we were impressed by the nice deck and furniture. The inside was nice as well, although a recliner would have been nice (chair was not super comfortable). Beds were comfy. Having fans offered was great. The bathroom is quite small (narrow) and the automatic light is very annoying (goes off automatically).Making coffee available would have been nice too (hotels do this). The busy road next to the property was a bit noisy. Linda was super responsive and friendly/helpful.

Charming house with many amenities.
My family and I enjoyed our stay. We loved the neighborhood. It was near many of the places we visited, including Red Rocks Amphitheater and Buffalo Bill’s grave. We loved the front porch with the privacy fence. Linda was great. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was perfect in every way. It was super clean, conveniently located, charming and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped, beds super comfortable and porch was a great place to drink coffee in the morning or wine the evening. Quick trip to Golden
We stayed one night here for a concert at Red Rock. The house was perfect for our needs. I contacted owner about an earlier check in due to concert and it was not a problem. Beds were very comfortable!
