Convenient but a bit difficult to locate.
I had to be in Denver central the next morning and so I decided to stay at this hotel the night before. It was convenient and not too pricy. But a little confusing to get to the location.

Building is in poor state. Room had a fist sized hole in wall,paint spills throughout room. Slider door wouldn’t close all the way, small creature scurried out doorway bug like about large cockroach sized. Ac filter was filthy covered in black grime. Bathtub overflows and had many long hairs throughout, individual one time use shampoo bottles were clearly half used, toilet had poo stains. Bed had scabs or boogers on it, unsure which. Complained to the corporate hq and they signed me up for their rewards without asking and blew me off for a refund. Expedia paid for the refund themselves as comfort inn refused refund. Absolutely filthy location.

Breakfast was as good as powdered scrambled eggs get. Hallways smell of weed...it's Denver. The smoke alarm outside my door was low-battery chirping all afternoon and all night. Reorted to the desk, but not fixed.

If you are looking for a basic hotel, then this one is it. No bells or whistles, all you can eat breakfast was the same every single day. Sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy with a selection of cereals and bagels. Room was basic, hotel is outdated. Has a gym and a pool and close to the freeway which is a plus. About 10 min from downtown Denver. Overall stay for 3 nights was good, spent most of our time exploring Denver.

Did not like the breakfast. Need to change your egg selection. I love eggs but these tasted horrible like they were textured as eating plastic. Also I know you are remodeling but the walls could use more paint or something. Overall we had a pretty good stay. I would recommend to others and we would come back

The lobby, pool and breakfast dinning room were kept clean. The elevators were always sticky and graffitied. Hallways to the rooms were dimly lit. The rooms are ok. It’s a bed, shower, toilet and a large television. The usual amenities that are included in every hotel room. At least the bedding and bathroom was clean but the floors were filthy. I don’t recommend walking barefoot in the rooms. The breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. I mean, it’s an old hotel that could use a good update but it still serves its purpose. Now, what really turned me off was the very first introduction at the reception desk and the “manager” Jaimie. There were actually 2 women at the desk and neither one of them acknowledged our presence right away. Both were occupied with chatting and staring at the computer screens probably facebooking. When we were acknowledged by Jaimie, the tone of her voice was as if we were inconviencing her. Sounded annoyed and not very welcoming at all. Never once did she smile or lighten up. It was very off putting to say the least. I’ve stayed in some pretty sketchy places and had better reception. This place isn’t the Ritz but it’s far from the worst hotel. So don’t have high expectations for friendly service to make up for the hotels rundown and lack luster appearance. Good place to stay if your only sleeping there and playing in Denver the rest of the time.

The lobby & rooms were most clean. The chairs in the lobby had red smears on the seats. In the rooms there was a brown smear on the wall near the toilet. The bathroom sink was cracked. My room was comfortable & quiet. The stay was pleasant and the staff was friendly.
