Don’t stay here! The drain in the tub was broken and they put it in place to drain the tub which didn’t work. One of the tvs didn’t work and the other tv the remote was missing. The front desk lady came to reset it and left while it was resetting, that didn’t workI had to call her again and had to wait a long time for her to find a cable box. It wasn’t her fault though, they should have maintenance for this. Then the fridge didn’t keep things cold, nothing was done about that. A fan where the sofa was, didn’t work. We asked to switch rooms, were told they were full so we couldn’t. We were advised that they would leave a note for the manager to give us a credit but we would have to go through Expedia since I booked through them, 4 days later and Expedia tells me they spoke to the manager and I’m not getting anything because motels have strict policies around refunds and there’s nothing more they can do. Also it is supposed to have a heated pool and that was the coldest pool I ever got in.

E very very time we come to Denver this is our favorite spot I love it the sweet the king size bed the pull-out couch which you could sleep two to three people on the room we got the Jacuzzi hot tub in it plus we got the shower it's just so convenient and the room is large the other room has a nice kitchen table area to fix food little fridge sink to do your dishes a safe for your belongings the people are friendly helpful very professional just love this place

It was a quiet area, but the only issue was that there was only one way in and one way out so congestion of traffic would sometimes be an issue.

We found blood urine & hair all over the bathroom around the toilet & on a rag the drain for the tub was so full of hair it wouldn't drain safe batteries were dead and the safe cannot be operated when we ask for them to fix it they said maintenance wouldn't be until the next day there's nothing they can do breakfast was good I didn't get to enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub when I got to the property I was under the impression I'd be paying one price for two nights I ended up paying a lot more for two nights because of their incidental charge which they never informed me about and then they decided to charge me another incidental charge the next day so I got charged all together three nights for one night in a hotel that was supposed to cost me nowhere near what I paid when I asked them what was up with it they said they had refunded me the extra money back but as of today two days later I still have not received anything from them on my account and the bill for the hotel original amount I paid has been processed & gone through with no refund so I'm not very happy about this hotel's property or how they handle their customers I'd recommend trying to find a different hotel in the area I did receive my refund finally after calling & complaining to the hotel again & this time informing them that I had the receipts that all the transactions have been went through & that I had plenty of proof showing that they had triple charged me I would have to say the refund was the best part
