Staff knocked on the door at 9am asking am I checking out. After the stare down she finally walked away. Then another person knocked on the door to do maintenance. Never again. The windows didn’t lock in the first floor. Just minor inconveniences after working 16 hrs! I will never stay at this location again. I only stayed this time cause of the snow and I couldn’t make the hour commute home.

Not what I expected!!
The pool and hot tub were not working. We found a fake eyelash on the couch hair in the bed and shower. Food was mid had to go to the cafe and order the food and return to pick it up! Was told the person was not able to leave his station.
