Easy access to downtown. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The hotel room needs some upkeep. Mini fridge kept tilting and it wasn’t secured. Some of the trim and curtains need some attention.

We were coming off a 13 day tour of the Big 5 National Parks and had traveled by train so the location was favorable. The interior of rooms need “sprucing up”! Touch up paint for wall, porcelain and furniture; and general maintenance.

We enjoyed the valet parking on site as some downtown hotels have off-site parking which doesn’t seem as safe. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast as always was very good but the wait for the omelet station was a bit much. Stood in line probably 20 minutes, my husband was more than finished by the time I sat down. Bar area was nice and bartenders were friendly and efficient.

Hotel was comfortable, Breakfast was fantastic, Staff was Friendly, felt very safe. Close to convention center, reasonably priced meals in hotel for dinner. Close to shopping and more restaurants. What more could you want?

Close to Ball Arena and great place!
The gal in the bar/ restaurant was especially nice! She was sure to bring our food gluten/ lactose free. The beet salad was really good! And the turkey club was too! Very nice morning breakfast. Valet brought our car very timely. The employees all were smiling. Definitely would stay there again.

When we checked it it was clear the gal at the desk was not at all happy to be working. She was not rude but showed very little enthusiasm. The rooms were clean but a bid dated. Beds were comfy. Now for breakfast, or should I say "cattle call." It took 45 minutes to get through the eggs station. Once i was able to order i could only order my wifes omelet, he would not prepare two eggs for me. "One order per person" he said. They cleared the second buffet line 45 minutes before breakfast was over. Everything was cold and had to wait another 10 minutes for bacon. I ask the manager if it was always a mess at breakfast. He disagreed with me and told me to show up earlier. On day two we showed up an hour earlier and it was no different. Embassy Suites touts about their made to order breakfast, unfortunately you need to give yourself and hour and half to enjoy it. Very disappointing.

The room was nice. There were many restaurants within walking distance. Room seemed warm evenbthough AC ran constantly. Breakfast was awesome.
